This past weekend was beautiful! In fact, there was so much playing outside, the cuddler actually took a nap. That is a lot of energy expended. Please let it continue... We haven't had a real summer here in four years.
The school year is winding down, but the work continues. Grading, packing up, and still no contract for next year. A bit worrisome. And exhausting.
Lala has her first major dental work appointment tomorrow. She did really well at the initial visit, despite getting lost, pulled over for speeding and a lot of swearing on my part before we even found the hidden office. She wasn't even slightly freaked out by the male dentist... A usual reaction to strange men. I'm hoping that trend continues tomorrow.

It's so unfair that teachers have to worry about their jobs all the time. Such a valuable resource, and so undervalued. Good luck with that and happy summer!
Just checking in for the first time in a LOOOOONG time. Sounds like you have a busy summer planned. I agree with the crappy weather (even here on the east side of the state it's been cold for May and June!)
